Please read the following website gift card terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) carefully before completing a gift card purchase or a purchase with gift card using the following website https://uk.steelcase.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the « Website »).
By purchasing, accepting, or using a gift card, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
The Website is published and maintained by Steelcase Holding Limited, a limited company with a capital of 2 900 000 GBP, whose registered office is located at 77-79 Farringdon Road London EC1M3JU, registered as a company at the Companies House under No. 01395750 (hereinafter referred to as “Steelcase” or “we”).

1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. These Terms are concluded between you and Steelcase when you purchase products on the Website using a gift card or when you purchase a gift card.
1.2. These Terms (together with any relevant documents referred to in them) set out the conditions relating to the use and redemption of ours gifts cards. When you purchase, receive, or apply a gift card you are accepting these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before confirming your order.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, from time to time at our sole discretion.
1.5. These Terms are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of the provisions of these Terms is deemed not valid, the other provisions herein will remain applicable and in force. If any of the provisions of these Terms is declared void or is nullified, the law applies.
2. PURCHASE OF GIFT CARDS
2.1. The gift card will have a fixed predefined value (£ 50 / £ 100 / £ 150). The card is not nominative and can therefore be transferred. Please note that these Terms apply to you and to any person using the gift card. You must make the recipient aware of these Terms.
2.2. You can purchase a maximum of five (5) gift cards per basket.
2.3. The gift card will only be sent to you by email (virtually). Therefore, it will only be usable on the Website that sold the gift card.
2.4. The gift card will be valid for a limited period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
3. USE OF GIFT CARDS
3.1. You can check the remaining balance of a gift card by accessing the gift card link and hovering over the code or by entering the code in the cart.
3.2. To use a gift card, please enter the gift card’s code number that you received by email in the location indicated at the payment stage.
3.3. The gift card can be used on all products available on the Website, even promoted products.
3.4. You will be able to combine several gift cards together to make a purchase.
3.5. If the order total is more than the balance on your gift card, the remaining sum must be paid for by another accepted payment method or another gift card. You agree that we are not responsible if you do not have enough funds on your gift card to facilitate a transaction.
3.6. If you decide to return a product (according to article 7 of Sale terms and conditions) originally purchased with a gift card, the initial amount of your gift card will be refunded, and you will be able to use again the gift card code to make a new purchase.
4. LIMITATIONS
4.1. The gift card is not a credit, debit, or charge card. No implied warranties attach to it.
4.2. Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, unless required by law. Gift cards cannot be reloaded or used for payment outside of https://uk.steelcase.com/.
4.3. You cannot use a gift card to purchase other gift cards.
4.4. Gift cards may not be resold. Gift cards purchased through any unauthorized resellers or other internet websites are not guaranteed by Steelcase.
4.5. Gift cards cannot be used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, promotional or commercials purposes without our agreement. You certify and represent to Steelcase that your activities associated with our gift card will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You further certify and represent that you will not use our Gift cards in a misleading, deceptive, unfair, or harmful manner against Steelcase or its consumers.
5. CANCELLATION
According to article 7.2 of Sale terms and conditions, you have the right to cancel your gift card order within 14 working days of receipt provided that you have not used the gift card.
6. RISK OF LOSS
6.1. The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to you upon our electronic transmission of the gift card to you.
6.2. Gift cards must be obtained from Steelcase through the Website, and you are responsible for safeguarding your gift card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any gift card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your gift card is used without your permission.
7. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to gift card, will be resolved in accordance with article 11 of the Sale terms and conditions.
