Return policy

For consumers* only

You can return products purchased online within 14 days of receiving them. Products must be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered, without damages from unreasonable wear or tear.

To return your product, please follow the steps as outlined below:

1. Log-in into this website by clicking the Login/Register button from the header.

2. Use the same e-mail address that you used while ordering.

3. For the password, insert the six-digit code you received for the same e-mail address.

4. Click on the desired order, the click on the Request return button.

5. Complete the form and click Submit.

6. You will be contacted by customer service to arrange the collection of the products from your home. This collection is free of charge, except if you are not present at the location, date and time agreed upon with customer service, and a new date must be arranged to collect the products.

7. Once the products are returned and checked by our team, we will refund the amount of the purchase price within a period of up to 14 days.

8. We will proceed to refund to you the purchase price of the products within a period of fourteen (14) days following the receipt of your return form, using the same means used for the original purchase. The return products must be intact and whole, without marks or signs of unreasonable wear and tear. In the event of any damage, we may deduct from any reimbursement a sum equivalent to the loss in value of any of the products we supply.
